2.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep this information updated. sge77 is not responsible for problems arising from inaccurate registration information, including failed OTP delivery to an incorrectly recorded mobile number.
2.5 KYC Verification. 2.6 Self-Exclusion. 3.4 Account Activity. 4.4 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, Coins.ph) are credited to your sge77 Wallet in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the originating financial institution. sge77 is not responsible for delays arising from the processing systems of third-party payment providers.
4.5 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned. Associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation if third-party deposit attempts are identified.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. 10.2 Limited License. sge77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. 10.3 Third-Party Content. 11.4 Consequential Losses. sge77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss beyond direct monetary damages.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your sge77 Account at any time by contacting sge77 support. Before closure, you may withdraw any available real-money balance (subject to KYC verification and applicable limits). Bonus fund balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure.
12.2 Termination by sge77. sge77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where: (a) a Player has violated these Terms and Conditions; (b) sge77 is required to do so by PAGCOR direction or legal process; (c) a Player's account shows patterns consistent with prohibited conduct; or (d) a Player fails to complete required KYC verification within specified timeframes.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure (whether initiated by the Player or by sge77), your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Withdrawal of verified real-money balances following closure is subject to sge77's standard withdrawal process and timeframes, except where balances have been forfeited under these Terms.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the applicable regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
13.2 Regulatory Oversight. sge77 operates under PAGCOR's licensing framework. 13.3 Internal Dispute Process. Before escalating any dispute to PAGCOR or any other authority, Players are required to first submit the dispute to sge77's customer support team and allow sge77 a reasonable period (no less than 14 business days) to investigate and respond. sge77 is committed to resolving all legitimate player disputes fairly and transparently.
14.1 Right to Amend. sge77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be necessitated by regulatory requirements, operational changes, new product features, or legal developments.
14.2 Notice of Changes. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the sge77 Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material clarifications and updates may be made without advance notice.
